What I collect

• When you submit the application form or a challenge waitlist, the details you enter: your name, email, and anything you choose to write about your situation.
• If you are a client with a portal login, the goals, check-ins and notes you record there.
• Basic, anonymous usage statistics (which pages are visited), with no attempt to identify you personally.

What I do with it

• To respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver and track that work.
• Application details are used only to decide the right next step for you and to prepare for a call. They are not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• I never publish or repeat anything you share privately without your explicit permission.

How it is stored

Client portal data is encrypted before it is stored. The site runs on Vercel, and email is handled through Google. I keep your information only as long as needed to help you, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email info@mcdolec.com and I will action it. If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under UK GDPR and can complain to the ICO if you are not satisfied with how I have handled your data.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is limited to keeping you logged in to the client portal if you are a client.
